Since 1999 Wild Wheat have been perfecting the art of sourdough and bread making. Utilising their 20-year-old sourdough starter, they've continued to set the standards for slow fermented bread which is rich in flavour, low GI and vegan friendly. You'll find Wild Wheat loaves, rolls and pastries at a range of discerning hospitality locations, or buy direct from one of their three retail stores.
