HOW WE HELPED
Choice Energy were engaged to provide a solar feasibility assessment for the business.
Key to the project was working with a partner they could trust to deliver the solar project.
After running an assessment, it was determined a 25kW solar system would help the business reduce its annual electricity savings by approximately $13,000 per year.
As part of our dedicated and quality service, Choice Energy's Head of Solar Installations also met the operators on site to chat through design challenges before the project started.
With the typical solar system lasting up to 25 years, the business will save on grid energy costs for years to come. And when grid energy costs increase, so does their annual savings.
The business will also reduce its reliance on the grid energy (coal) by leveraging their roof space as a power station.
Philosophically it suited our business to move to greener energy. We are ethically driven and being less reliant on coal sits well with us. When we looked at solar all the numbers checked out, which was important to us. We are already seeing sufficient savings which is great. We’ve been happy with the whole process.
